City Salvage and Recycling is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our scrap metal recycling facility in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. You’ll work out of a new 12,000-square-foot maintenance shop and help keep our heavy equipment running.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators, material handlers, and forklifts.
- Have hands-on experience working with heavy equipment.
- Have experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Welding experience is required.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
- No Saturdays required.
- Overtime opportunities available.
